CKD Wins “Most Liked!” IR Award of the Japan Investor Relations Association for the First Time

CKD Corporation (Headquarters: Komaki City, Aichi, Japan, President: Katsuhito Okuoka) won the “Most Liked!” IR Award in the 2023, sponsored by the Japan Investor Relations Association (JIRA) for the first time.

The “Most Liked!” IR Award was newly established in 2020 to reflect the perspectives of companies that entered the IR Excellence Awards by “voting” to share their proactive IR activities and aiming to realize best practices. In 2023, 21 companies were selected from 199 that applied the award under the theme of “IR Department’s initiatives for staff development and their power-up.”

CKD plans to strengthen our in-house IR activities starting in 2022 so that employees feel more familiar with financial results and IR, and as part of this, has been holding study sessions since 2023.
Junior staff members of the IR Office play the role of instructors and deliver internal training with the theme of “Easy, Fun, and Easy to Understand”.
We received this award because of the sympathy we received for our efforts, which not only align employees’ vectors and bring them closer to IR, but also improve the skills of junior staff members.

CKD will continue to focus on dialogue and solidarity with our stakeholders, expanding the circle of “co-creation” and working toward the creation of new value.
