Corporate Philosophy, Corporate Commitment, Standards of Conduct
Our corporate group renewed the Corporate Philosophy and Corporate Commitment in January 2006. Based on this new Corporate Philosophy and Corporate Commitment, we established the Standards of Conduct in April 2007.
Our new Corporate Philosophy clearly states the “Innovation of Fluid Control and Automation” as the direction we are moving in and declares our commitment to society.
Our Corporate Commitment is divided into five rules that all the employees need to follow in order to fulfill the Corporate Philosophy.
Our goal is to create a practical system where all employees can work responsibly along the lines of our Corporate Philosophy.
Our Standards of Conduct are based on the Corporate Philosophy and Corporate Commitment, and state specific matters that all the employees need to follow and perform.
