Employment of People with Disabilities at “Waku Happiness Farm”

CKD Corporation (Headquarters: Komaki City, Aichi Prefecture, President: Katsuhito Okuoka) is pleased to announce that it has recently hired people with disabilities and held an initiation ceremony at Social Farm Waku Happiness Farm in Komaki City, Aichi Prefecture.

The purpose of this farm is to provide long-term employment for people with disabilities by allowing them to experience the joy, responsibility, and satisfaction of working on a farm while growing and harvesting their own crops.

To contribute to the realization of our corporate philosophy of “creating an affluent society,” we are promoting SDGs, including environmental protection and social contribution, in an effort to improve corporate value.
