Production plant in the US 

CKD Corporation (Headquarters: Komaki City, Aichi Prefecture, President:  Kazunori Kajimoto) is planning the operation of its production plant through its US subsidiary, CKD USA Corporation (Illinois State) around the autumn of 2021.
This investment is to build our future business base with consideration to medium- and long-term growth and to improve business value. This factory will strengthen our production system in anticipation of a growing demand in the fluid control component field.
Regarding funds, we will utilize the funds for disposal of treasury shares already implemented for the same purpose.
