CKD Corporation monitors the security vulnerabilities in circulation worldwide and develops and supplies cyber-secure products, so that the products we provide to our customers are protected from cyberattack and can be used with confidence.
Product Security Policy
So that customers can use our products with confidence, CKD Corporation (hereinafter "CKD") actively gathers vulnerability information relating to its products and services and responds to it appropriately. In accordance with the principles of Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure, CKD works together with external reporters, customers and relevant organizations to improve security.
Vulnerability Inquiries
Please direct any information concerning vulnerabilities in CKD products to the CKD Product Vulnerability Contact Point. When contacting us, please provide contact details (such as an email address) to which we can send our reply. The information you provide (including the content of your inquiry, our response, and other information) may be forwarded to relevant departments within CKD and recorded for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, and may also be used for providing information concerning vulnerabilities in CKD products.

Investigation of Vulnerability Information and Countermeasures
We will acknowledge receipt of a reported product vulnerability within 5 business days of receiving the report. Please note that reports received on CKD non-business days will be handled from the next business day onward.
The engineering department responsible for the product assesses the impact and severity of the vulnerability and considers appropriate countermeasures, working with a coordinating body where necessary. We will contact you again once the countermeasures for the security update have been finalized.
Disclosure of Vulnerability Information
As soon as countermeasures for a confirmed vulnerability are complete, we will work with related organizations inside and outside the company to publish the vulnerability information, together with the countermeasure details, on the CKD website and on the relevant sites of the coordinating bodies. Affected customers will also be contacted directly by their sales representative, or via their PSIRT (Product Security Incident Response Team) contact point.
