CKD Corporation (Head Office: Komaki City, Aichi Prefecture; President and CEO: Katsuhito Okuoka) will release the pulsed blow valve “BNP Series” on December 13, 2024.

Amidst increased demand for corporations to ensure the effective use of energy as we look to achieve carbon neutrality, in our role as a sustainable corporation, we have developed a product that reduces the environmental impact of air blowing, a process that uses a lot of compressed air, by reducing air consumption without compromising productivity.

- Air blowing to remove foreign matter
- Air blowing used in cooling and drying processes
- Air blowing to assist during transportation, such as part feeders
- Product features
(1) High air reduction rate
Air consumption can be reduced by approximately 75% compared to continuous blowing by generating pulses with ON and OFF times at a ratio of 1:3 while maintaining an instantaneous flow rate.

(2) Low pressure loss
Optimization of the internal structure results in low pressure loss, allowing use at pressures as low as 0.25 MPa.
(3) High durability/long service life
The mechanical components used to generate the pulses have helped to realize high durability and a long service life under frequent usage by leveraging our experience in the development of the “4GR Series”.
(4) Can be used in both equipment and by people
Our product lineup includes a “unit model (BNP-U)” for integration into equipment and a “gun model (BNP-G)” for human use, allowing you to select the model that best suits your application.
(5) Requires no electricity
It can be used simply by inserting the tube and providing an air supply. No electrical wiring is required, making it easy to use.
