The pharmaceutical market is expanding in China, and the demand for blister packaging machines is steadily increasing. To meet this demand, a high-end model will be added to the lineup.

(1) Realization of Japanese quality
Utilizing the technology developed in Japan, we have realized Japanese quality in local production in China.

(2) The world’s smallest class machine size with a capacity of 6,000 pills
The FBP-300W released in 2020, has a packaging capacity of up to 3,000 pills/minute, while the FBP-600W offers a packaging capacity of up to 6,000 pills/minute (holding the fastest sealing speed in the world at 17.8 m/minute). Despite being a high-end model, the arrangement of each mechanism has been reviewed, realizing a machine size that is the smallest in the world.

(3) Designed with improved visibility and cleaning performance
The frame of each door has been minimized to reduce unevenness and blind spots. As a result, not only visual transparency but also anomalies can be visualized. Cleaning performance is also improved.

(4) Thin large screen touch panel utilized
The aluminum body of the touch has been specially designed to create a stylish and user-friendly form suitable for the main unit. In addition, the machine and inspection equipment can be operated with one screen, allowing intuitive and various settings like those of smartphones.
