Announcement of receiving the GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2025

CKD Corporation (Head Office: Komaki City, Aichi Prefecture; Representative Director, President, Corporate Officer and Chief Executive Officer: Katsuhito Okuoka) received the GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2025 (sponsored by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion) for our Pulsed Blow Valve BNP Series. This marks the third consecutive year that CKD has won this award.

1. 1. 1.  GOOD DESIGN AWARD Overview
         As the follow-up to the Good Design Product Selection System established in 1957, this award evaluates and promotes Japan’s leading designs. The “G Mark,” the symbol of the award, is widely recognized as the embodiment of excellent design.

         (1) Name: Pulsed Blow Valve BNP Series

         (2) Product overview: This pulsed blow valve can reduce the amount of air consumed by up to 75% using controlled intermittent pulses of air during “blowing applications,” which consume the majority of compressed air generated at production sites. We offer a unit model that can be attached directly to automated lines, and a gun model that can be held and operated by hand, contributing to both cost-effectiveness and global environmental protection.

         <Long life> Uses a highly reliable, long-life solenoid valve for the main valve, ensuring stable performance over the long term
