Customers can select the model best suited to their required level of cleanliness, installation location/environment, process contents, and application.
Dust-Producing Structure
In order not to release compressed air into the clean environment where the unit is installed, two types are available (vacuum treatment and exhaust treatment). Double rod packing is provided and dust is discharged from the relief port in the middle of the packing to the atmosphere outside the clean room by piping. We also offer a series that does not use copper-based, silicon-based, or halogen-based (fluorine, chlorine, or oxaline) materials.
Production system that does not bring foreign substances into the clean room
Products assembled in each process are subjected to inspection processes and then undergo air blow with high cleanliness to eliminate dust.
Furthermore, the products are packaged and shipped on a Class 100 level clean bench, and measures are taken to prevent foreign matter from being brought into the clean room.
