1. Significantly reduces inspection leakage risk during visual inspection of transparent objects
Until now, in the manufacturing process of transparent materials such as glass and film, the detection of product defects has been dependent on visual inspection. CKD will develop the IS-UVCL01, the first transparent object inspection system in the inspection industry, to improve the quality of many manufacturing processes and to work on labor reduction and unmanned operation.

This device has a compact design and can be mounted on various production lines. The minimum configuration of camera, lighting, and processing equipment is provided for easy customization to suit the customer’s manufacturing processes.
