Renewal for the first time in 10 years
Since the release of the small flow sensor FSM2 series in 2007, it has been used by many customers.
And this year, we have renewed the series after more than 10 years since its release. The renewed FSM3 series is compatible with mixed gases as well as air, nitrogen gas, argon, and carbon dioxide gas. It saves you the trouble of using sensors differently depending on the type of air.Also, the stainless steel body type supports oxygen gas.
IO-Link model is now included in series and this enables the transmission of parameters and event data that could not be transmitted by analog communication. Remote control of apparatus and malfunction detection become possible, contributing to the IoT of factory.
