Under the revised Fluorocarbons Act (Fluorocarbons Recovery and Destruction Law), managers of commercial air conditioners, refrigeration components are required to properly manage their components and fluorocarbons in order to reduce fluorocarbons (CFCs, HCFC and HFCs), which cause global warming and the depletion of the ozone layer.
