The use of an aluminum table makes it about 30% lighter than the LCG Series.
[Rigid]
Highly rigid linear guide and slide table with improved rigidity compared to LCS Series.
[Increased flexibility in design]
Designing is more flexible with the laterally symmetrical stoppers, multi-side piping, two-side installation and positioning hole availability.
[A wide variety of options and variations]
Standard, position locking and clean-room specifications are available. Options include a stroke adjusting stopper, shock absorber stopper and more.
* Shock absorber stopper cannot be used with the clean-room specifications.
[With buffer mechanism]
If the driving section strikes against the workpiece when the cylinder is going forward, the buffer function is activated to protect the workpiece and cylinder when this type is used. Effective at the end of pick & place devices and other applications requiring a buffer function.
A cylinder switch mounted to detect the buffer activation (BL) enables detection of line abnormalities.
