Small bore size series for compact cylinder (SSD) Bore size is from Φ6 to Φ16. Type with high precision guide (MSDG) is also available.

P40：The use of copper, zinc, and nickel-based materials, zinc plating, and electrolytic nickel plating is limited in the construction of all parts.
