The table rotary actuator with rack and pinion realizes high load, direct mounting and high position accuracy thanks to a bearing guide.

P4：The use of copper, zinc, and nickel-based materials and electrolytic nickel plating is limited in the construction of the flow path part and sliding part.
P40：The use of copper, zinc, and nickel-based materials, zinc plating, and electrolytic nickel plating is limited in the construction of all parts.
P42：The use of copper, zinc, and nickel-based materials, zinc plating, and electrolytic nickel plating is limited in the construction of all parts. Local exhaust function (vacuum treatment port) is added.

[Excellent flexibility in design]
Six sizes of 5, 10, 20, 30, 50, 80.
Standard and high accuracy type are available with the same dimensions.
90° and 180° specifications are available.
Comes with an angle adjustment bolt with rubber cushion for adjusting the oscillation angle.
The load can be directly mounted on the rotary table.

Select among 3 surfaces for piping port leadout directions.
Large hollow diameter keeps piping and wiring simple.
Positioning spigots for the table top (4 positions) and the body bottom (1 position) are available.

[Superior operability]
Stable operation with external stopper.
Smooth stopping is possible without backlash due to the external stopper and shock absorber (optional).
1.5 s/90° low speed operation is possible.
The large pinion diameter and long piston stroke length achieve low speed operation.
