The twin rod mechanism can improve the non-rotating accuracy and also double the thrust.
It has six bore sizes from ø6 to ø32 as well as various options and variations.

P4：The use of copper, zinc, and nickel-based materials and electrolytic nickel plating is limited in the construction of the flow path part and sliding part.
P40：The use of copper, zinc, and nickel-based materials, zinc plating, and electrolytic nickel plating is limited in the construction of all parts.
P42：The use of copper, zinc, and nickel-based materials, zinc plating, and electrolytic nickel plating is limited in the construction of all parts. Local exhaust function (vacuum treatment port) is added.

Since piping ports can be installed on the right or left side, piping processing according to the equipment is easy.

By using reamed holes for parallel pin, it is easy to reproduce and adjust during product replacement for maintenance.
