P4* Series for rechargeable battery manufacturing processes
This electric actuator can be used safely in the rechargeable battery manufacturing process. Uses grease for ultra-dry environments, and has a long service life even at a dew point of -70°C.
The table type electric actuator has a a short stroke and is ideal for transporting and positioning workpieces.
The actuator has a built-in motor that allows for arbitrary adjustments of acceleration/deceleration, eliminating the need for a shock absorber. Space saving is realized.
The body has dimensional compatibility with the pneumatic LCR Series, allowing for compact and pneumatic-like design.
P4:The use of copper, zinc, and nickel-based materials and electrolytic nickel plating is limited in the construction of the flow path part and sliding part.

[Improvement of equipment reliability]
Uses grease for ultra-dry environments, and has a long service life even at a dew point of -70°C. An optional suction port can be mounted. Suction from the port reduces the possibility of particles from moving parts of the electric actuator leaking outside.

【More Space Saving of Equipment】
Since the motor is built into the actuator, there are no projections or folds in the motor assembly.
Therefore, space saving of equipment is possible.

【Flexible Production】
Unlike pneumatic cylinders, electric actuators can perform multipoint positioning anywhere.
As one actuator can handle the production of various types of products, this contributes to space savings.

【Expanded Options】
The compact design is possible due to the dimensional compatibility with the pneumatic cylinder LCR Series. In addition, since soft starts and soft stops are possible, shock absorbers are not required.

[Brake Options]
When the power supply is shut off, the brake part is locked to hold the position (non-excitation actuated). It can be used as a safety measure to prevent falling along the Z-axis.
