When you think it's a breakdown

Fluid control components can be used in various applications. Among these, some customers have been using solenoid valves for more than ten years.

Next time, when you think "What happened?", there are 2 ways of addressing it.

1:When the solenoid valve coil feels hot

The temperature increase of the coil surface temperature of the solenoid valve may rise above 90°C due to the energization time. First of all, don't panic. When energizing, heating is not particularly a performance issue.

However, when being used under a continuously energized state, depending on the working conditions, it may lead to malfunction or deterioration of resin and rubber parts. In this case, turn the power OFF, cool, and inspect.

When using the AC coils, abnormal heat may occur if the moving core locks due to contamination. If abnormal heat is believed to occur, it must be disassembled and inspected before starting inspection.

2:When fluid does not flow

Check that the circuit is correct with the NC and NO types. Then check that the working fluid pressure, viscosity, and temperature are according to the specifications in the catalog. If this problem persists, check for contamination of foreign matter, deformation of seal, and plunger wear.

If you think it's a breakdown, first of all, don’t panic. If you're in a rush, you may get hurt. In addition, FAQs made up of customer inquiries are available.
