Although the palletizing operation is desired to be performed by combining YZ, the load weight is 15kg and it is difficult to find an electric actuator corresponding to the specifications, and so it is prepared by CKD.
Therefore, the man-hours are required for design and assembly.
Recommendations
The KBX Series has the industry's highest load capacity, and the YZ combination supports up to 20kg and the XY combination supports up to 100kg load.
A single axis designed with ball screw drive supports horizontal 250kg, vertical 100kg, and belt drive with horizontal 200 kg.
