At present, 3-Finger Air hands are used to grip the round workpiece, but the workpiece is often damaged.
For this reason, we would like to provide soft handling suited for round workpieces.
Recommendations
The DCKW Series is recommended for gripping single workpieces and the GCKW Series for gripping multiple workpieces.

The spring mechanism eliminates the need for constant speed operation during pushing and reduces impact to the workpiece.
It suppresses impact on the workpiece and can retain thrust even in emergency stops such as power failures, preventing the workpiece from falling.

Control is possible with three signals: PUSH, PULL, and Alarm Release, and opening/closing speed and gripping force can be easily set with the switches on the controller.
The stop position can be adjusted by turning the manual operation knob to the position where the cylinder switch reacts.
Although it is an electric actuator, it does not require special tools or programs and can be handled just as easily as pneumatic components.

The GCKW Series controllers, which are ideal for gripping multiple workpieces, can be connected to the ECG Series controllers and the ECMG Series multi-axis controllers. As they are common to other types of actuators, this allows the controllers to be standardized, contributing to reductions in inventory and management work-hours.
You can choose from a total of five interfaces: PIO, IO-Link, CC-Link, EtherCAT, and EtherNet/IP.
