Acquisition of Real Estate Adjacent to CKD Thailand Plant

CKD Corporation (Headquarters: Komaki City, Aichi Prefecture, President: Katsuhito Okuoka) acquired the land and buildings (hereinafter referred to as the “Real Estate”) adjacent to the production plant of its subsidiary, CKD THAI CORPORATION LTD. in Thailand (Chonburi Province). With this acquisition, the Company has secured a production space approximately 1.8 times larger than the current plant.
The Company has been making investments to build a business foundation for the future with a view to medium- to long-term growth and improvement of corporate value. The Real Estate will be expanded as a mass-production plant for general-purpose fluid control components used in various industrial fields.
