Standard valves for Chemical liquids
green line

There are many kinds of fluids. The CKD fluid control device has valves that can be used for chemical liquids such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and nitric acid, as well as water, steam, and vacuum. Some chemical liquids are dangerous and can affect the human body, and so great care is required.

The valves introduced here are the Air operated valves AMD Part 3R Series , and the Manual valves MMD Part 3RN Series.

In the previous series, we talked about the optimal model for each of the chemical liquids, but the new series does not require you to categorize the model with respect to the type of chemical liquid used. As a result, you can reduce the time and effort required to purchase different models for each chemical liquid and reduce the inventory of maintenance items. The working pressure is larger than the previous series, and fluid temperature is also greatly expanded from 80 to 120 degrees. The features are also improved.

The manual valve is designed to be operated by hand, with special consideration given to its operability and safety. In order to prevent damage to the seal part due to excessive tightening, the handle incorporates a clutch mechanism. When the proper turning torque is attained. Some misoperation prevention measures have been devised, such as locking rings to prevent the rotation of the handle due to vibration, etc.

Why not make your work more operable and safer?
You will be able to see the actual series at SEICON JAPAN, which will be held on December 11th. By all means, come and visit us!
