Requests and Issues
Air stoppers are currently used for conveyor stopper applications, but two types of air stoppers are needed: electrical wiring for the cylinder switch for position detection and air piping.
To reduce wiring work-hours and make the wiring neater, we would like to unify the wiring with electric wiring only.
Recommendations
By converting to motorization, the air piping can be eliminated and unified with electric wiring. The DSTK Series is recommended for relatively small and light workpieces transported by a conveyor, and the DSTG Series is recommended when the workpiece is large in size and weight.

DSTG Series
The DSTK Series has the same body as the Air stopper cylinder STK Series and inherits the same rigidity.
Because the DSTG Series adopts the same guide as the guided cylinder STG Series, it is ideal for applications requiring more rigidity.

For the DSTK and DSTG Series with 2-point positioning, the controller does not require complicated programming and connects to the ESC3 Series controller with only 3 input points.
The stop position can be adjusted with the cylinder switch on the actuator body, and the speed and acceleration/deceleration can be adjusted with the rotary DIP switch on the controller side without the use of a dedicated tools, and can be handled as easily as Air components.

The GSTK and GSTG Series, which are capable of multi-point positioning, are connected to the ECG and ECMG Series, which can be shared with other types of actuators.This contributes to reductions in inventory and management work-hours.
You can choose from a total of five interfaces: PIO, IO-Link, CC-Link, EtherCAT, and EtherNet/IP.
