Construction of New Production Building at Our Chinese Plant

 

CKD Corporation (headquartered in Komaki, Aichi and headed by Kazunori Kajimoto, President) will construct a new production building at CKD (China) Corporation, a production subsidiary located in China.

In Wuxi, China, CKD (China) manufactures component products, including pneumatic components necessary for factory production lines, fluid control components mainly for the electronics industry, and automatic machinery, including pharmaceutical packaging machines and three-dimensional solder printing inspection machines. In China, manufacturers continue making capital investments in automatization, in addition to information and communication equipment and rechargeable batteries, therefore further expansion of demand for our products is anticipated. Under these circumstances, we will work to reinforce and enhance our production system in China.

Structure: Three-storied building made of reinforced concrete (partially of steel)

Total floor area: 27,000 m²

Construction start: February 2018

Completion: December 2018

Construction cost: 2,250 million yen
