We always support customers with customer-oriented mind and humble attitude.

We established the quality management system based on ISO 9001 Certificate, which is the global standard for quality assurance, and have been working on the quality improvement.

We conduct the quality assurance activities on the basis that each employee acts own part being aware of “customer-oriented quality assurance”.

After acquiring the ISO9001s certificate on a factory basis in 1994, we have been working on the integration to establish the whole-company quality management system.

We expand the activities to Sales Division in 2007 and promote the quality improvement of “products and service” utilizing the system that ties up Development, Production and Sales.
 
 
Quality Policy
We set the “quality policy” based on one of our corporate commitments, “Thorough Customer Orientation”, and offer products and services for the deeper satisfaction of our customers.

ISO9001 Log Book
Only Production Division has acquired the certificate in the past. However, in 2007, we expand the application of certificate to all domestic sales offices and enrich the communication with our customers.
