We established the quality management system based on ISO 9001 Certificate, which is the global standard for quality assurance, and have been working on the quality improvement.
We conduct the quality assurance activities on the basis that each employee acts own part being aware of “customer-oriented quality assurance”.
After acquiring the ISO9001s certificate on a factory basis in 1994, we have been working on the integration to establish the whole-company quality management system.
We expand the activities to Sales Division in 2007 and promote the quality improvement of “products and service” utilizing the system that ties up Development, Production and Sales. |
